DELETE ACCOUNT.

Your right to erasure is absolute. Follow these steps to permanently remove your MatchSport® account and personal data.

From the app (recommended)

  1. Open MatchSport® on iOS or Android.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm with your SMS OTP.
  4. Your profile, matches, chats and AWS Rekognition biometric data are deleted within 30 days maximum.

By email

If you cannot access the app, email support@matchsport.app from the address linked to your account with subject "[Account Deletion Request]". We reply within 30 days.

We only retain what is strictly required for legal obligations (billing, fraud prevention) for the periods mandated by Spanish and EU law.
